Tonight we moved the treadmill back into the livingroom. I did 5 minutes warming up and 5 cooling down; 2 complete turns faster for 10 minutes. |

No treadmill tonight - Ernest and I tore the tall liriope into smaller plants, dug a trench along the front of the house and planted all but 5 plants. Later I worked on the patio planting 38 oak seedlings and tonight, after a nap, I planted the 5 left-over liriopes in pots on the patio. Any more and I'm afraid I'd be overdoing. |

Taking the night off. Last night was extra wasting. Then I didn't get to sleep until 5 this morning. I have also been nursing what feels like a pulled ?tendon? on the upper, inside of my R quadricep.
