14 exercise challenge 9.4.14 -9.18.14
I accomplished my first 14 day exercise challenge and I'm now ready to start with my second challenge.
25 min beginner cardio workout -HASfit |
Exercise 9.25.14 - 10.13.14
I completed my 25min workout, although I did miss one or 2 days.
I'm now on a 10 min calorie burning low impact cardio Hasfit. I would have thought 10 minutes would have been easy but it wasn't. |
