I feel really stupid for posting about resuming my exercise program when I return home.
I am sitting at my folks house and they have a built in swimming pool in their back yard that I can do laps in. My sister has a few bathing suits and I am sure I will be able to borrow one. I will be swimming for my exercise today instead of doing my Bowflex. |
I am still at my folks place and enjoyed my own private pool yesterday. The weather is hot so the pool felt wonderful. I completed several laps of different strokes and it was great.

I didn't make it home in time to complete my Bowflex workout but I did exercise by taking laps in the pool before I came home for the night. I am returning to my folks house again this morning and have packed my WATP DVD so I can resume it on Monday. I plan on swimming everyday while I am there too. |

You would think after all this time that WATP would get easier, but it doesn't. It takes 45 minutes to complete 3 miles and it works out to 15 minutes a mile. I haven't been to a sporting goods store to purchase any weights yet and sometimes I am not sure if I would be able to use them if I had them. I guess what I am trying to say is WATP continues to be a very good workout! |

I never thought I would enjoy strength training as much as I do. It is amazing how much stronger I feel and I am even beginning to firm up a bit.
