Goal 1: 210 so I can go paragliding (DONE!!!) Goal 2: was three close-together weights: Break obesity (203) (done), break 200 (done) and break 50-percent-to-goal (196) (done) Goal 3: Get out of "overweight" category (must break 170) Goal 4: Goal weight is 155 |

Wow, 50 pounds lost! That is a big goal, not a mini. :) For patients at Dr Westman's clinic when they lose 50 pounds, he sits down at an old piano in the back and the whole staff sings a favorite song. Hear us all singing "you sexy thing. I believe in miracles" by Hot Chocolate. for you today! :lol: :wave:
