Just wanted to let all "Dutchies" here know that the former Atkins site has been improved, and is now to be found on www.atkinsdieet.isgezond.nl

There is a forum on that page also, but I prefer the emailgroup at Yahoo, lots of nice people there! If you want to subscribe to this Dutch email group, send an email to atkinsdieet2-subscribe at yahoogroups.com

Sometimes it's nice to talk about the diet in your own language, compare notes about specific products (zoals Aardappel Anders!) etcetera

Hi Deme,
maybe I can help you now and then if you need specific info. The yahoo group is completely in Dutch, but when yuo've been there for a few months you may well be able to talk with them!

You're welcome to come and visit my journal, see the link at the bottom of this message, too!

cheers
Willeke

Hi Lieve!
If you're Dutch or speak Dutch I'd advise you to take a look at the Dutch atkins amilinglist. It's at Yahoo and you can become a member by sending an email to atkinsdieet-subscribe~yahoogroups.com (instead of ~ you must write ~)
There's a lot of traffic there, but you will find a great deal of info about LC products and menus based on what's available in the Netherlands.

Good luck!
Willeke
