Hi I am following a very simple diet regiment. It simplifies
my life;improves my health;makes my bank account grow;wakes my
tastebuds just the same. I eat the same breakfast, very little
variation in lunch and dinner. With the right foods
mega-variety is not necessary for satisfaction.

Variety is desirable but not necessary. Animals thrive on the
same feed every day. Additionally, research shows more variety
= more calories consumed. Remember what happened to the rats
on the "supermarket" diet - they became fat. I eat practically
the same foods every day.
