I was doing great on the program for about 3 weeks and then for some reason (stress) I went totally off and have not been back on since (5 days). I have been eating like crazy, have gained back my weight and feel like a big loser. Any suggestions????

No ones perfect. Just make a fresh start and don't even worry about it.
I'm a stress eater too, I started taking an anti- anxiety supplement on my tough days. It is called ashwaganda, it totally mellows me out but doesn't slow me down. You might want to try a cortisol controller. Cortisol is a stress hormone that can raise insulin levels, and lead you to have cravings and hunger. I take phophatidyl serine. Nat wrote some posts on cortisol, you'll find it if you search under cortisol. Both of those supplements are sold at health food stores and neither have known side-effects.
Otherwise aerobic exercise is supposed to help your body deal with stress better and not raise insulin high. Or whatever, helps you relax try it and see if it helps you stay in control under stress.
But start back right now!

There is nothing you can do about the past days. They are over and the results are in. However, you are in control over what happens NOW, and since you came to this forum, I assume you want to continue the journey. Just do it. There is nothing else to do. You are at a crossroads right at this moment. You can continue on the path you are on and keep beating yourself up, or you can forgive yourself and move on.
I know everyone here wants you to succeed. Please don't turn 5 days into 6. Make today the first day. The past is the past, the future lies ahead. We're all here to help. Just grab on and join us. YOU CAN DO IT!

When you were a toddler learning to walk, did you ever fall? Of course you did, it was part of the process of learning to walk. If you watch a toddler its quite amazing that even though they fall, and often even hurt themselves it doesn't stop them from pulling themselves up and trying again, and again, and again until they've mastered the skill of walking.
Learning a totally diffferent way of eating and living is like that to me. Over time I won't fall as often and eventually I will live this way quite naturally but for now I'm a CAD toddler. And toddlers don't give up no matter how many times they hit their head or fall down and go boom. Right? Right! So get up and try it again.
