Straight-leg dead lifts (my fav!!)

Laying Leg extensions (my least fav.)

4 or 5 x 25

what the hell?? oowwiiee!

Calf raises without weights -
(last time I did straight leg deads and then calf raises with weights I had one big tightening all the way from the bottom of the glutes to my achillies!! LOL I'm serious!! So I'll work slowly back into weights on this one when I do straigt leg deads.)

Skipped the abs part because I did those the night before.

Planning cardio for M, W & weights for T, Th so far.

I will log each individual wo, after the fact, just so I won't exaggerate . . . LOL

20 MAS walking/jogging last night!

I jogged all my nines, 45 seconds of my last nine, 30 seconds of walking, 45 seconds of my 10!! Definately hit my 10's!!

(15 lbs is how much just the bar weighs. Hey Janet said to start slow. I did feel some burn on the final 12!!)

One Arm Rows

Dumbell Pull overs
12 x 10 each

Dumbell Extensions
12 x 10

Lying Dumbell Extensions
6 x 10 each (too much, or too fatigued at this point)

6 x 10 each (again, either too much or too fatigued)

Not too sore this morning, I'm sure tomorrow will bring the dreaded DOMS though as these mud-cells haven't worked in a while!!

Oh my, have I really done nothing since the end of April?? My how time flies . . .

Ok, UBWO last night as follows:

Chest
Dumbell bench press 2 sets of 12 ~ 3# (in each hand)
Dumbbell flyes 1 set of 12 ~ 3#
Back (ok I know the first one is really more shoulders but it works the back too eh?
Rear deltoid flyes 2 sets of 12 ~ 3#
Back extensions 1 set of 12
Shoulders
Shoulder T's 2 sets of 6 ~ 3# (these are actually front raise to T down to side and back up in reverse order so I made it a smaller # and they kicked my butt!! Yeah with only 3#!!)
Seated Dumbbell presses 1 set of 12 ~ 3#
Biceps
Concentration curls 2 sets of 12 ~ 3#
Hammer curls 1 set of 12 ~ 3#
Triceps
Skull crushers 2 sets of 12 ~ 10#
Lying hammer curls 1 set of 12 ~ 3#

I was seriously feeling the shoulders and tris when done. I really took my time up for a count of two down for a count of 4. What's the theory behind that? I read it somewhere but can't remember . . .

Feel good and even got up and did 30 mins of yoga this morning.

Fat blasing yoga last night.

This gets me everytime. I mean seriously, you can feel the burn and sweat, man I give new meaning to prespire . . .

Feels good!

Planning some LB weights tonight.
