I am back online after getting back to Kansas.
Had a death in the family and got off the low carbing. I feel yucky and blood sugar has gone up.
I am getting back to the low carbing.
Blood sugar is great, when I low carb.

Welcome Back, Shirley! Those blood sugars will be coming back down again in no time, I'm sure. :)
It really is hard to get back on the wagon but you CAN do it. The butt bruises from falling off the wagon are just a reminder to stick to the WOE we believe in.
Sorry to hear about your loss. I truly know how hard it is.
