It should state on the label. Most of these products will list that have carbs, but it as many grams as dietary fiber. You can deduct the fiber to get your "carbs that count while doing Atkins", so they should have 0.

One thing I found when shopping (I don't know about Fiber Con specifically) was that many had added sugar or Aspartame, so be careful.
