keto hot cereal

i think to keep my calories in check, i am going to eat the keto hot cereal every morning for breakfast with a few cut up strawberries. i did this yesterday, and it kept me full till i was able to eat lunch...which was about 7 hours later. what are your experiences with this? does it stall you, or are you able to eat it fairly well? it seems that my calories are too high for me to lose weight...or i am in a stall, or something. i ate about 1500 calories yesterday, and 10 times my weight is 2400 calories. i should be losing if i keep this up, right?

on the other hand (lol...long winded i know :)) i was probably at this weight for a good while, so my body may not like to let go of too much right now. any comments or suggestions would be great.

I am not so sure on the calorie thing that I have any advice for you. I have found for me personally the more I eat, the more I lose, so maybe I am one of the lucky ones.

But that being said, I love the KETO hot cereal and I eat them 4-5 times a week. I have no problems losing with them...in fact, I think I do good on them, because with all that fiber, they really are filling, and I am not looking to eat again an hour later.

What flavor do you have? I have tried the strawberry and creme, banana nut, and blueberry and creme, with the blueberry being my fav by far....

i have the strawberry and creme....good on it's own, but so much better with some sliced strawberries :). will have to look for the blueberry one! thanks!
