This is not in direct reply to the article but just to say I've found much useful information in the Atkin's AGE-DEFYING book. It is somewhat detailed and very well documented with bibliography. It's quite different from the diet books.. Also the Atkin's VitaNutrient book offers detailed information about many supplements, vitamins etc. Not anecdotal at all. You might find this enlightening. I certainly did...very compelling.

Kendrick's writings on CHD are very good. However if anyone has worked out the riddle please PLEASE can they post it as its driving me mad.........

The answer to the riddle is 'Nothing'. (Thank you, Google). I doubt he's implying that'Nothing' is also the underlying cause of CHD, but that the CHD riddle is as simple as the 'Nothing' riddle.
