i dont have enof money 2 purchase the special diet food,
can someone link me 2 a list of things i can and cant eat on this

First things first, you got to buy and read the book. It is impossible to really know everything you need to know with out it.

And if money for the book is an issue, any library would have it. I almost always "audition" new books that way before I buy them.
