i tried the protein diet and lost a ton of weight about 40 pounds. i gained back about 30 pounds within 4 months of getting off the diet. i tried the diet again and did not loose any weight. i was very strict with it and even drank more water. is this diet only effective one time or do i need to add something to the diet. thanks rob

Your body may need a little more time to lose because of the yo-yo effect.

This is not a diet, where you lose the weight, and then go back your old eating happens. This is a way of eating, (WOE) a way of life(WOL)
You first to have realize why you went back to your old eating habits, then make the decision to have Low Carb lifestyle. Yo-yoing isn't good for your body, it puts too much strain on your body.
