i've heard both ends of the spectrum... that taking them in the morning will let you utilize them all day long. then i heard that if you take them before you go to bed at night, they stay in your body longer and will benifit you most. any ideas? or suggestions? or is it just like kudo's for taking them?

I do not know whether there is a right or wrong on this one...
I usually take them with my meals and feel compelled to take most of them in the morning. I usually have multivitamins so once a day, in the morning to be rid of the task really
Recently I was given 3 different sets so I decided to split them with the different meals. Frankly, whether it is in the morning or the evening, they are in your body and you can either think you take them in the morning for the whole day ahead or you take them late for your next day.
I am not bothered really. ... However, if you look at the DANDR, he mentions special combination of supplements and people having to take up to about 9 of those things per day...
I let you think about this one. a lot of pills for one intake..... :daze:
