I struggled through since early February, my weight was yo-yoing back and forth.
Finally, feeling horribly discouraged, I got to 248, and then today I broke 245. :) Hit 244 this morning, and I feel on top of the world!
I have to say two things. I increased my water intake, and cut way down on coffee. I now walk around with a water bottle in my hand! Heheh.
Just thought I would share.
Next goal 225!

Hi Fantasia
Congratulations on beating the 245 barrier. :yay: :yay: I am sure it feels real good when you think that the scales are never going to move downward again.
Interested that you have found that extra water and less coffee have had this result, something we do try to convince people about. Nice to see that it has a positive effect for you.
I am sitting at my desk, here at work, and have my water bottle right beside my keyboard. It helps to keep slurping all day long.

A friend of mine pointed out, "You know, coffee does have carbs ... after all, it comes from A BEAN!" Caffeine is a wicked culprit for holding water, too.
Congratulations on breaking your stall ... hope it's like sledding in winter for you from here on -- a steady downhill slide!!! :)

Congratulations on sticking with this way of eating until you broke your stall. :cheer: :cheer: I get so discouraged whenever I stall, so I know how hard that is to do.
