My roommate and I are low carbers and we were just talking last night how much easier it is nowadays. You can go into the fast food resturants and get low carb options without a second glance. Convient Stores are stocking Atkin Bars, sugar free waters, and more meat/cheese snacks. Resturants now allow a caeser salad with bacon instead of a potato with your meal.
My local Grocery store now has twice if not 5 times more low carb foods and they are cheaper than at the specialty store.
And finally at the Y, people are talking low carbing as a positive thing not a "you are going to die soon if you are on that diet" People at our work and in groups we hang out are low carbing. All this in Manchester, NH... who would have thought? :p

Right here in Utah its still a problem to say your low carbing
Folks at my work look at anyone starting this as being too strange.
But again I ask them all I really do without is potatoes bread and things like that. what REAL nutritional value do they have.. nada.. nothing.
I don't eat candy..
You know.. I just don't get it.. LOL
I eat lots of veggies.. they say my lunches look so healthy.. but they still get this funny look on their faces!
