I do not have FM however my mother does. I am on this forum in an effort to help her. She was diagnosed about 10yrs ago. In the past year she has been trying this low/no carb dieting and she has honestly not lost 1lb and she is becoming very discouraged and fatigued. Is this a very active forum that discusses everything related to FM? If so I will send her your way.

This forum's activity comes and goes. But if you look through the threads already here, your Mom may be able to come up with something that helps her.
