Hi thoght this would be agood place to start as I am new to both working my way around this site and doing lc woe. Ihave lost 2kg so far been on CADLP for around 2.5wks feel abit quilty when I have my RM not use to having a dessert or a drink of wine now and again I gather this is normal :confused:

Have a good look around the rest of the site here, matey. There's a lot of great info on the orange bar at the top of the screen, especially "Low Carb Tips."
