Thinking of changing up my current routine to shake
things up a bit.

Currently doing a 3 day split doing powerlifting type sets.

Was hoping to get someone to critique this new routine as I
was somewhat winging it rather than following an already
defined routine.

Let me know if this is practical and if so, also what would be
a good way to work in some lower rep (say 5 sets of 4 or 5)
with more weight.

Here goes...

Day 1

Chest/Back Supersets

3 Sets 12, 10, and 8 reps increasing weight
(based on % of max)

Bench / Chins Incline Press / Incline Row

4.5 miles cardio 2 8.5 minutes per mile

Day 2

Legs/Abs

3 Sets 12, 10, and 8 reps increasing weight
(based on % of max)

Squat Calf Raise SLDL Crunches

Day 3

Biceps/Triceps Supersets

3 Sets 12, 10, and 8 reps increasing weight
(based on % of max)

Dumbell Bicep Curls / Weighted Dips
Concentration Dumbel Bicep Curls / Tricep
Pressdown

Day 4 Off

Dat 5 Shoulders

3 Sets 12, 10, and 8 reps increasing weight
(based on % of max)

Dumbell Shoulder Press Shrugs Upright Row
(Maybe crunches???????)

Day 6 Off

Thanks! Clint
