Newbie here - 5th day of induction, so far so good.
My question is this: I Powerlift 3 times a week during the winter months. (cardio in the summer only) What supplements do you recommend I take? I noticed last night that the "burn" while lifting was much more intense. I'm sure due to a lack of some flim-flam muscle acid that is now in short supply. I know if I walk into GMC they're gonna recommend about $500 worth of stuff, most of which I probably don't need.

Well, if you are a power lifter I'm sure you know about protein powder so I won't even say that. You should be taking a multivit and calcium supps. Also, I say look into a TKD (targeted ketogenic diet). Basicly, you low carb, but take about 40g of simple carbs 1 hour before you lift, that give you energy.

Another thing you might want to do, is low carb for 2 weeks, then bulk for a week, then cut low carb style for 2 more.
