Wow, I've been asking soo many questions lately! Sorry guys!
Is it okay to eat whole fat whole milk yogurt with live cultures in it? I'm just confused b/c it has sugar in it (although I think most of the sugar get eaten up in the process of making the yogurt) and we're not supposed to have milk, right?
Also what about sunflower seeds? Do they have mold in them?
