A friend of mine just told me about them here in Melbourne. She buys the keto bars which are about 6 carbs per bar. She said they were not easy to find.

Okay, I just happen to be munching on a Keto Bar right now. They're made by Metagenics. You can locate a 'supplier' at their web site:

They only sell through registered naturopaths, etc.

I actually buy my Metagencis goodies through my masseur. I have seen quite a lot of their products at that little health food shop on Bourke Street, just next to the bookshop over Elizabeth Street. Faye something or other. Forget their name. How terrible. Anyway, if you really need their name, I can go past and write it down for you.

You might want to call Metagenics and ask for a local supplier. Their products seems pretty good. Their low carb bars are the best I've tasted -- and I've been through a lot of them!

Yum I just tried one and didn't have the unpleasant after effects of Darryl Lea carb free chocolate. ;)
They are about $4 a bar but very nice :)
