Also, if anyone else is using these supplements I would like to know if they are helping you.

L-carnitine is 1500mg daily- divided into 3 500mg doses 1 before each meal. CoEnzyme Q10 is 100mg daily- 1 dose taken with your meal. Good luck- they've definitely helped me.

They've helped boost my metabolism, and have aided in my weight loss. L-carnitine helps the body maintain ketosis and aids in using fat as fuel. Co-Q10 is also aids in fat burning and is proven to help the heart stay healthy. Some people have to up the dosages if they have extremely high metabolic resistance, but the suggested minimum has done the trick for me.

Hello, I'm currently not taking L-Carnitine or Q-10.
What supplements do you suggest I take?
Currently I'm taking
Multi-Vitamin Power Pack- Get from Costco
Fish Oil pills- 2 pills daily
Potassium- 4 99mg pills daily
Fibercon- 2 pills daily
not yet but going to add Coral Calcium Pills and also Magnessium pills.
Do you think there is anything else I should add? The L-Carnitine looks like one I should add?
I appreciate any help :)
Thanks,
Corey
