I'm trying to figure out how to communicate with people who answer my questions. Unlike some other message boards, the subject lines never address specific people. I tried adding someone to my buddy list, but can't figure out how to write her! The message comes up that I cannot access that page. Thanks!

If you wish to reply to a thread you just click to post reply.

If you want to contact someone in particular and they have a little JOURNAL icon on their signature you can go to the end and post a reply there for them.

After you have over 50 (I think) posts you can send a private message.

If you want to see if anyone has replyed to a threed you added to OR subscribed to you can click on the top of the page where is says PROFILE and your daily responces will show- or you can choose last 2 days...

Hope that helps.

Hi there Littlelori,

The best way to communicate with whomever answers your questions is to simply reply to them in that particular thread. Just press "post reply" and your post will be added.

Otherwise, you can write in the other person's journal, if they have one. Those of us with journals (a great idea - do feel free to start one) have a little "journal" icon at the bottom of each post.

Private messages cannot be sent until you have made 25 posts. That is to encourage people to use the forum as much as possible. PMs are more for exchange of private information, such as email addresses.

HTH
