I went on the Atkins diet two years ago and lost forty pounds. I went from
230lbs. down to 190lbs. I balanced my weight between 195 and 200. Recently
my weight increased up two 215 from not watching my carbs. Two weeks ago I
started back on the Atkins diet and I can't seem to loose the weight like I
did. I can't seem to get under 208. If you have any suggestions please let
me know. Thanks

The first thing is to be patient with your body. You have much less to lose this time and so the Induction loss will probably be less.

Our bodies seem not to lose as well that second time around, so it will take closer watching of carbs and fewer excursions toward treats for a while (if that was what you did before). However, it will work.

But take the time to learn the LC way of eating and practice it for months to make it your way of eating for the rest of your life. You get really used to it after a while and don't miss the carbage as much.

All the best. It can be done the second time.
