I am taking a multivitamin every morning as well as Cromium P, and Potassium Plus (which has magnesium and A, C, E).
I also usually drink an Atkins Shake in the morning which is like another multivitamin. And at night I usually enjoy a fruit20 plus which has variety of viatamin Bs, C, and E)
Am I over doing it. I just noticed vitamins are in everything lately.

Apart from the stuff that do induce your body to perform specific actions (like psyllium husk etc...), I do not think you can really have an overdose of vitamins.
There is another thread from someone, who, just like you, is wondering.

Again, in DANDR, there is a note about taking too many vitamins cannot really harm you, this for the most common one like A, B, C, D, E ....

Here is the link to thread and possibly more answers... <b>link (http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=85569) <b>
