I have this bread recipe I want to try out but it calls for egg white powder. Can I get this here in Aus and if so, where??

just did a quick search and came across this site:

if you have a look at their dried products section they mention they produce an egg white powder. although i didn't look for distributors, i imagine they woudl be more than happy to let you know where you can buy it if you contact them.
