Hi,
I have heard rave reviews on these forums about a recipe by atomhockeymomm which I finally found (go to the orange strip at the top, to Lo Carb Recipes, choose readers recipes and then Breads). I haven't tried it yet but it should help you to start with.

1/2 cup water -- warmed
1/2 cup cream
1 tablespoon oil
1 large egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup gluten flour
1 cup oat flour
2 teaspoons yeast
1 teaspoon sugar (to feed the yeast)
To your bread machine add the ingredients in the order given above.
Use the dough setting and take out and bake in a normal bread pan. 30 minutes at 375 degrees
The reason I do it this way, is because I have an old bread machine and I can't get the finished product out of the pan!
60 carbs and 196 protein per loaf. I got 15 slices, so it was 4 per slice.

Hope it tastes good, I think I'll give it a go this weekend.
Cheers

Thank you for sharing the bread recipe. Can gluten flour be purchased in a regular supermarket?

Hi,
I was in a health food store today and saw it there, but I'm in Australia so don't know the names of your supermarkets and I haven't tried our supermarkets for it yet. Might be worth doing a search on it and see if any other threads come up that mention it.

Sorry I can't really help on that one, but I imagine most healthfood stores would stock it or be able to order it in.

Cheers
