Best: Food. Also good: Whey protein (for convienience),
creatine, omega 3 fatty acids.

FOOD, lots of it. Chicken, brown rice, Eggs, olive oil, flax
seed oil, Turkey, Cottage Cheese, veggies, etc...

Supplements: Vitamins and Whey Protein, that's all you
really need

And, unless I knew exactly what was in a weight gainer
supplement, I wouldn't even think about using it in my diet.

Amino acis supplements are good, but powders give you a gut
especially if your young.I would eat 6 meals a day small ones
every 2or3 hours lots of protein i dont believe in alot of
carbs.Only age weight training and eating every few hour
fruit, protein, and cards not much ,If your under 21 expect
not much weight gain maybe 10-15 pounds in 6 months.Over 21
10-15 pounds in 12 weeks, if you eat right.

Yeah, if you want to get fat...

Yeah, those are good supplements, but they're not going to
help you much in gaining weight... Whey protein is fast
absorbing protein, creatine is a supplement that retains
water in muscles, and omega 3 fatty acids don't help you
gain weight, they're more for your health.

And besides all this is found in FOOD

Well said. Third grade was a roaring success.

I don't believe in the US acting as the world's policeman,
except when it's in our own national interest.

Again, well said.

What if your birthday is February 29th? Would this upset the
karmic balance? I think by your calculations, someone could
gain 3.75 pounds of muscle on Feb 29th.

David I'm serious. Really.
