Carb tables?

I've just started low carb about a week ago. I had found some tables on the internet that listed food values of carbs, fiber, and NET CARBs, plus prot. and calories. The beauty of it was you counted the NET CARBS for your intake.

But the dog ate my printed copies(it was the only carbohydrate thing in the house)!. Now I can't find it again on the net.

Anybody know what site has what a described?
