Hi there,
You can use fitday.com to find carb counts in everything, but I'd say the onions.
I saw a liver and onion recipe in the recipe section today. I think it was under main dishes, a few pages in.

Both! Organ meats as well as shellfish contain carbohydrates. Muscle meats and fats do not.
There is a carb counter under Low Carb Tools at the top of the page.
Liver and onions! :yum: I haven't had that in quite a while.
