creamy chicken soup

I just had this with my dinner and it was delicious!!!! I boiled a whole chicken with two small white onions, a few cloves of garlic, two stalks of celery, salt and pepper..... I strained all the veggies out and pulled apart the chicken and then put the chicken back into the broth.... I have a large stock pot so it makes alot of broth!! I then added garlic powder, minced onions, parsley flakes and celery flakes.... Then added some real butter and whipping cream to thicken it just a bit.... the celery gave it the scent of potato soup....
it was wonderful on this cold snowy day.... I dont really have measurments because.......I always just toss in to taste....
