Curious ..new at this LC thing ..seems difficult to understand .Is anyone out there in the west virginia area on this low carb diet or a similiar one that has had any success....or wants to team up to be a success with another west virginia LC dieter ..new lifestyle learner ...anything ...sometimes we all need a little assistance , a shove ,a shoulder , or a hand , I'm willing to be a buddy ...I need a buddy...
