I have been off an on induction for about two months now. I am down and up five pounds. My boyfriend has just recently asked me to marry him and I have successfuly weened my daughter to two feedings a day.

I am going to be very careful and am actually going to complete the two weeks of induction! I have until June 7/03 to lose about 15-20 pounds for my wedding.

I am starting right now.

The one problem that I have is that I get really drained and wek at about day two and then get the shakes at about day four. How many of you had these withdrawal symptoms and I know that they only last about three to four days but how do you get through them? How do you function?

Begin just before your weekend and then rest as much as possible during the days off. Ask for help from other people. Plan and prepare snack foods BEFORE you start the diet. And, mostly, hang in there. We have all had to go through it and the benefits on the other side are worth the trouble.
