I use lactaid skim milk for what I think is a light case of
lactose intolerance. Lately when the store was out of the skim
variety I bought the 2% version instead (have not drank
anything but skim for years). The litre lasted 4 days and I
noticed a change in bowel movements - loose, smellier, with
some intestinal cramps. Since it still contained the lacteeze
enzyme I figured it was the dairy fat doing it. Anyone had
anything similiar occurr?
