Into my second week of LCing...... am finding I seem to be 100% dimmer than normal (a scary thought) - unfortunately others around me have noticed (this kinds of makes me chuckle a little)... I am guessing its because my body is outting all of the crap it has been storing for so long (?) Can anyone give me an idea of how long it will last.
Hope this makes sense as I kept losing my train of thought :D

:D Surprisingly it did make sense.
Give it another week and that should resolve. At least that is about how long it takes for most people to get over the withdrawal symptoms.
Welcome on board.

:D Thanks... only a few days left!!!! _ Or maybe its just being at work that causes the brain to naturally glaze over!!....
Thanks also for the welcome Logan. I have been reading quite a few of the threads and have learnt a heap!.... I just looked up that Rhubarb fool recipe - are we 'allowed' to have that????? the Carb count seems really high for new starters.
Also, does anyone know what guar gum is?
So many questions on the quest to the thin!!!! :D :D

I found I was really foggy for a few days, but it did get better. I'm pretty foggy at the moment but that's just lack of sleep
