Hi,
I am starting a lower carb, high protien diet. I also want to start training for a marathon with Team in Training. My question is whether or not I will need a certain amount of carbs to train for a marathon. I want to drop 20 pounds. I know that is not a lot compared to what some of you have accomplished, but I want to do this now before I get any heavier.
