Mine aren't the best to go buy, but here goes:
yesterday:
Breakfast:None
lunch: large bowl of spinach w/butter&salt, cheese stick
Dinner RM: Arby's cheddar melt, cheesy popcorn, carmel apple, salad, diet vanilla coke, leftover spinach
Today:
Breakfast: packet of deli meat (has about 7 thin slices of meat), 1 slice of cheese
Lunch RM: Croissant turkey sandwich, caesar salad, Dr. Pepper, Ben & Jerry's ice cream
Dinner: None
If I had a RM for the entire day, that'd be more than enough, but I add in a CS (not CM, usually NEVER have enough to warrant it an actual meal) for insulin reaction during RM. I know it remembers the last meals, so I keep low carb snacks once a day.

Finally back on track:
Sunday
B: 2 egg omelet 2/ cheese & sour cream
D: Salad w/ ranch, baked chicken thighs, cauliflower w/ cheese sauce, spinach, lite yogurt
It seems lots easier to eat only 2 meals on weekends than weekdays.
Today
B: Spinach omelet w/ cream cheese, 1c tea w/ H&H
L: Tuna salad w/ mayo, celery & dill pickle
D: Salad, homemade patty melt on rye bread, green beans, lite yogurt
This may not be perfect, but I tend to be plagued & get derailed by afternoon cravings and I don't have them now.
