OK, JUST A QUICK QUESTION. I KNOW PEOPLE GET OVER ANXIOUS ABOUT KETOSTIX :daze: . BUT I MUST ADMIT THAT WHEN YOU SEE A RESULT IT'S QUITE REASSURING THAT ALL THE HARD WORK IS PAYING OFF. HOWEVER, OF AN EVENING, I NOTICE THAT THERE IS NO TRACE? IS THIS JUST BECAUSE YOUR URINE BECOMES MORE DIALUTED DURING THE DAY?

I test only every few days just to make sure that I'm still in and I always do it right after breakfast. I have heard that water can dilute it and well as if your dehydrated it can cause the dark purple (which I have never seen).
So always doing it at the same time I find gives me a good result.

I love seeing the results. It's definitely worthwhile. :D

My wife and I both use the ketostix and she is a darker purple than I am. I can see a purple only before i work out. After I work out the color does not change. I believe it may be that I am using the ketones as energy and burning all those little boogers at the gym. Give yourself some time on the atkins and gauge your weight loss by your clothes. always has worked for me.
TAKE PICS IN YOUR SWIMSUIT, GREAT MOTIVATION.....
