hey everyone...

i found some sugar free candy and it seemed to be sweetened with isomalt...i checked "the truth about low carb sweetneners" but i didn't find isomalt disscussed in that link. Does anyone have any input on this sweetner?

Hiya.

If you look on the orange menu bar above, click on Low Carb Tips, you will see the page that not only has the "truth about low carb sweeteners" article, but an article with all the DETAIL about "sugar alcohols", including ISOMALT.

You can also use the SEARCH feature (see the globe on the upper right?) to find all the different conversations and posts with 'isomalt' in them.

That should keep you reading for a while! :D
