Not sure if this is available in the states but here in Canada I picked up a 4-pack of "Source" yogurt by Yoplait. It is fat-free and only has 9g of carbs and is sweetened with Splenda, not aspartame like most. It is the best tasting yogurt I've tried ... fat-free or not. I paid $1.99 for a pack of 4. Enjoy! :)
