Hi everyone,

I've just added ICQ capability to this forum. You'll see the ICQ button for members who chose to enter their ICQ number in their profile. This can be found at the buttom of the post and in the members list.

The members list will also list other messenger type information such AOL and Yahoo.

:confused: Okay, cyber-idiot here. I'm still relatively new to the internet (end August'00). So duh, what is ICQ? Is it contagious, how do I get it, how much does it cost, etc....

It's very contagious and addictive! :p

It's free and similar to Yahoo messenger, AOL mesenger and MSN messenger. It lets you chat instatntly with users who have similar software.

Thanks, I'll check it out. I have MSN instant messenger, sometimes I get in a chat with a girlfriend and we get laughing so hard, we can hardly type. If that's what ICQ is like, hey count me in, just wait till I sign up. OOOHHH, cyberspace, beware, I'm on my way!!
