Homemade Cranberry Juice

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 Lb Cranberries
5 C Water
Orange
Pinch Salt
1/4 C Splenda

Produces 5cups juice very rapidly from a small packet of berries.
Cranberries keep virtually forever in the freezer.
After extracting the juice you will have the pulp which needs only
sugar and a few seconds" boiling to become a flavorful coarse-
textured cranberry sauce.
The cost of the combined products is very low.
Rich in vit c; medicinal value.
Wash berries and put into a saucepan with water, orange slices, and
salt.
Turn berries, opt orange slices, and liquid into a cheese-cloth-lined
sieve.
Strain the juice without pressing and reserve the berry and orange
pulp to make home-style cranberry sauce.
Return juice to pot with sugar and boil 2-3 mins.
Taste, add more sugar if needed.
Cool and chill

Now to make the cran water you get 2-32oz containers and put in 4oz in each and add 28oz of water. The cranberry juice should last you for a few days to make your cran water.

I made it last night and it is rather good.

The nutritional information assumes that you are consuming the pulp as well as the juice. The breakdown on this is more likely to be the same as "light" cranberry juice -- juice that has no added sugar. That is 10g carbs per 8 ounces.
