I found a recipe for Biscotti and want to make it LC. What can I do?

It calls for 1 cup each flour and POST Cereal

I will try it out and post it when I am finished.

Hi Gretchen,

I've been wanting to make almond Biscotti. Since you posted back in Dec 02. Have you made your Biscotti? If so how did it come out?

P.S. It's true, alot of people aren't aware what the Supermarkets can do for you. I always pass that onto friends that are so busy. I tell them just get your rump roast or ham and stop at the meat section and ask them to slice super thin for hoagie sandwhiches with pepper steak. Usually they'll ask will you be shopping for a few items.. I usually have two or three items to pick up around the store. So it really works out great.
