Using natural foods (seafood, walnuts; flax).

I have ordered a book about it and have been reading about it and it sounds quite interesting. But I would be interested to knkow if anyone has ever tried adding more of it to their diet and been successful?

I have been taking a flax oil cap 2x a day for the past 6 weeks or so. I was told about it at a diabetic seminar and then again by a psychiatrist. My psych's exact words were " I don't jump on the band wagon for every nutritional fad that comes along. Omega 3 oils have been proven effective and I think you might want to give it a try". I wonder how many others have had good results? :daze: Sillychili

Hello, sorry for the delay in answering your question. I think what I have noticed the most is a "well balanced" feeling. My mornings are no longer rough and my mood is mellow and predictable, which is saying alot for me! Let me know how you do if you start taking any. I am very curioous. I don't know anyone personally who is. Although I do know my Diabeties educator does take some form of omega 3...but I have only seen her in her office and don't know how she is throughout the day:) :p
