Just wanted to let people know about Carbsense customer service. They appear to be an excellent company and know how to treat people well. I have had several conversations with Jim in customer service. The first one was regarding a question on how their baking mix works. He told me that it might take a couple tries to get it right and that it really is expensive. He went ahead and sent me a couple of free boxes and a pizza mix just to experiment with. Wasn't that nice. Also I had tried their new country spice hot creal. Yuck. The health food store, where I bought it from,would not take it back or even let me exchange it for something else. I give them alot of business, so I am not happy about this. Booh. I called Jim again and he said he will send me a complete refund on this product. No questions asked. Just thought I would let you guys know that there are companies out there that are not always looking for the almighty buck. thanks and happy carbing.
