Hello!
Woosh is what we refer to as a weight loss.
When someone loses X lbs, they say the woosh fairy visited them and they lost the weight!!!

Hope you have a woosh real soon!!!

It the means loss of a few pounds that happens literally overnight. Miraculously, you wake up one day 2-3 lbs. lighter than you were the day before.

The fairy you see flying across the screen when you log on is the "whoosh fairy". :D

When loosing weight your fat cells can grab hold of some water to make up for the lack of fat in their bellies, hence why the scale doesn’t move. This is sometimes what happens when people think they are stalled (not loosing for a period of a month or more)
Eventually the fat cell will release this water once its calmed down and isn’t panicking anymore, at that time you may loose pounds straight away sometimes 2 or 3 at once.

Thanks to the 3 of you , now I understand.

All I can say is, "Keep that Whoosh Fairy flying across my screen all it can!", tee hee.

I like the sound of how that can happen overnight, makes a person want to bound out of bed in the morning to see if anything happened.
