What time of the day is best to way yourself?
I read evenings... but I would think first thing in the morning after you wake up... and your food is settled would be the best time... not after you are full from eating dinner? :idea:

Weigh yourself when you wake up after you use the bathroom. You are right, you usually weigh less before you start eating and drinking all day long. Scales can make you crazy and can become an obsession.

I think the best time is first thing in the morning, before coffee/water and after bathroom visit. Clothes are optional. :)

For me morning always worked best. Sometimes weighing in at night then again in the morning to see how much you lost overnight is encouraging.

I find the best time is in the morning. I can weigh myself in the morning and at night and at night I will be 2 lbs heavier. I'm all for morning. I try hard just to weigh myself Saturday mornings at the gym and i go by that weight for the week.
If I use my scale at home, I move it around the bathroom enough I can usually find a spot that I weigh less. So it really isn't to accurate, but psychologically it works.

Doesn't really matter which as long as it's the same time of day each time. I don't think you should weight daily, but a lot do.
I weigh in the morning, on sundays.

Same time of day (morning - before coffee, after bathroom, before shower - wet hair would weigh more, LOL), same scale, same spot on the floor.
