Just a few q's about caffine.
How many mg's would be in a teaspoon of instant coffee? How
much would you say too much would be in a day? Is it really
that bad? I take thermogenics, and they contain caffine, im
getting about 132mg's a day. Also, what is guarana? im getting
sbout 200mg's a day
